The Scavs tend to have simpler game text than other unit factions. In fact, they have more units without any game text than Pikes or Thugz. What makes them special is their unusually high combat bonus numbers. While most units are slumming around the bottom of the number spread, Pigwheel, like many Scavs, has a combat bonus of 35, and some can occasionally even get as high as 45. A deck full of Scavs is likely to do very well for a player who likes to begin lots of combat.
